Ed was very prompt, informative, pleasant and above all refreshing by today's standards. Just a nice young man. Was going to let my neighbor try to get the snake that had somehow gotten into my toilet after a water main break but decided better to get a pro. I am so glad I did. Ed was in and out of here in 30 minutes tops and the snake got to live. Very grateful and would hire again. Carol K.

I submitted a request and Ed promptly called me back. I needed to have a dead opossum removed from my front sidewalk and he promptly came out the same day to remove and dispose of the animal. Great customer service! I highly recommend and would use this company again although I hope not to need them again. His price was reasonable. The first company I called wanted almost 4 times as much for the same job.
